About Us
Our staff & volunteers
Our team consists of our founder David Patterson , MacKenzie, Austin and many other people who help with guidance and direction.
We started our story with family members born with Down. Music has played such a pivitol role in the ability to get through some very hard times and brings a soothing feeling daily to our routine. Dave has been involved in the professional video side of the music industry for over 16 years. He has worked with everyone from Metallica to Garth Brooks and countless others. Through this lens he saw a opportunity to bring the two worlds together. By talking to professional musicians we have developed some tools in order to help people and kids with Down to learn to play instruments in a way that helps them feel like a true part of musical groups or enjoy on their own.
Our mission

- Music provides a fun and motivating way to tackle challenging or repetitive tasks.
- Singing and rhythm provide a way to help the pacing and articulation for speech that is difficult to understand.
- Passion for music and performance, which we see daily with our clients who have Down syndrome, provides opportunities for a lifelong way to use leisure time productively, cultivate talents, and socialize with others.
- The inherent rhythmic patterns in music can provide a timing cue to improve motor skills. the mission of your organization.
